Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Our apps are designed to work entirely on your local device. We do not operate any server that receives data from your device. Specifically:

• Nova — Indexes applications and files on your PC, and stores your clipboard history locally in an encrypted SQLite database. This data never leaves your device.
• ClearSnap — Saves screenshots and screen recordings you capture to a local folder on your device. OCR text extraction runs locally. No image or text is uploaded anywhere.
• VaultWatch — Connects to your email account via IMAP or the Gmail API using credentials stored in the Windows Credential Manager. Emails are scanned locally to detect subscription patterns. Raw email content and extracted subscription data are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• No analytics or usage telemetry
• No crash reporting data
• No account registration or sign-in required
• No advertising identifiers
• No location data
• No contact information (unless you email us for support)

3. Microsoft Store & Subscriptions

These apps are distributed and licensed through the Microsoft Store. When you purchase a subscription, payment is processed entirely by Microsoft — we never see your payment details.

The apps call Microsoft's licensing API locally to verify your subscription status. This is a standard Microsoft Store feature and is subject to Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

4. VaultWatch — Email Access

VaultWatch requests read-only access to your email inbox to identify subscription-related receipts and billing notices. This access is used only to parse emails locally. We do not store, transmit, or share the content of your emails with any third party.

If you use the Gmail integration, OAuth 2.0 tokens are stored securely in the Windows Credential Manager. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

5. Data Storage & Security

All data created or used by our apps (SQLite databases, screenshot files, email credentials) is stored in your Windows user profile or a location you choose. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app or removing its data folder.

We recommend keeping your Windows account secured with a strong password or Windows Hello to protect the data these apps store locally.

6. Third-Party Services

The following third-party services may be involved:

• Microsoft Store — Distribution and subscription billing. (Privacy policy)
• Google / Gmail API — Only if you connect a Gmail account in VaultWatch. (Privacy policy)

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
